Charles Powell
Charles has been working in the copier industry for over 37 years and has spent the last 2 at Docutrend. He worked for many years as a field service engineer and then moved to sales about 16 years ago. His experience on both the technical and sales side helps him to better understand and recommend to the customer what is needed.

Charles is responsible for providing customers with information about new technology making their workflow easier and also providing pricing for products and services our company sells.
Something which a lot of people don't know about him is every year he attends a couple of heavy equipment shows with one or more of his sons where they operate, repair, or help to repair other operators' heavy equipment. Charles doesn't have a favorite place to vacation but as long as he gets away for a week or so with his family but doesn't go back to the same place each year.
When he's not working at Docutrend, he's working on projects around the house, building and fixing things.
During his career, the main lesson he's learned, so far is "make sure to respond and answer all questions even if the answer is not what the customer wants to hear. "
